Dear all,
It has been so hard not posting this major new development in our lives until everything was official...but now it's completely official!!
In the last few posts I was not so subtle about it as the deal was imminent. Now the contract is signed, sealed and delivered. It feels like it's been a long time coming and we thank our families for being patient, positive and supportive. We are so glad to have turned this corner...professionally and personally.
The interviews and negotiations felt like needles and pins of anticipation. That said Ochsner has been decisive, enthusiastic, and gracious and Dan has accepted a wonderful new leadership position as Vice Chair of Neurology at Ochsner Health System and we are moving to New Orleans! So, come on along and celebrate Dan's Good news. More great news ahead.
We're moving to NOLA where so many new and rewarding things will be possible for us; hee hee!
